I’ve posted an excerpt of Story #2, The Silurians on the Silurians website.

The first sentence:

Not too long I wrote a rambly off-topic post and I’ve let it languish because most of it wasn’t worth keeping. However, there was a bit at the beginning that I thought I really needed to give a voice to, mainly because I think I had a lapse in judgment, and I want to air it before I forget.

– Last week was generally frustrating, with some highly rewarding moments. Often, I felt like I was behind on everything and didn’t have the energy to catch up on anything. However, on Wednesday, there was a final Lit meeting at Lizzie’s East Village apartment, and I really enjoyed visiting and talking about the pieces that week.

Evidently someone figured out that stopping a glacier from shrinking is approximately as easy as stopping a glacier.
