Kids and their fascination with percussion instruments. They seem to get the importance of rhythm and tempo a long time before other messy things start to matter.
Everyone!
Kids being self-motivated. Like when they are told they are costume designers, figuring out on their own, without anyone telling them, that they should make a list of what costumes everybody in the play should be wearing. Stuff like that.
