The Plan of Attack: Stalk, Lure, Strike!

I used to work as an editor at an encyclopedia company, and one of the most interesting things I learned about were deep-sea fish.  Most of them have an evil and malicious appearance… they look like they would devour frequently, like a tiger, or a velociraptor.  Most deep sea creatures, however, have a slow metabolism, feeding off drifting carrion between fasts that can last weeks or months at a time.  As a result, they can live for decades.

I would like for this blog to last that long.

I am not going to be posting every day, because I don’t want to burn out on it.  I will post at least two or three times a week, and when I do, I promise to provide you with a decent meal.  At the very least, you’ll get an interesting link with some commentary.  At least once a week, I’ll post an article or review of substance.  Something to chew on and digest until the next morsel comes along.
